You can easily return goods purchased from us

With our shop, you don't have to worry about your chosen size not fitting or otherwise not meeting your expectations. You buy without the stress and worry that returning your purchase will be a road through an ordeal.
According to the law in force, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without stating a reason. So if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can send them back to us within 14 days of withdrawal. All returns in our shop are handled by a very simple returns wizard.

Adding a return has been reduced to the six simple steps that constitute the Returns Wizard. The wizard automatically generates a label for you, which you only need to print out. This way, you do not waste time filling in any paperwork manually!

1. Print the form
   Generate return documents along with address labels and then print them.
2. Send a package
   Wait for the courier to collect the parcel from you
3. Refund
   You will receive a refund up to 14 days of our receipt of your return.

Details of the steps for handing over the return:

• Log in to your account and then select the goods you would like to return in the returns panel;
• In the next steps, select the return by clicking on the "I will use the shop's consignments" option and choosing the form in which you would like to receive the returned money;
• Generate return documents with address labels, then print them out and be sure to sign the return document;
• Pack the goods together with the return document in a cardboard box for shipping and seal it well. You can use the packing material in which you received the goods you ordered. You can also chat to us or call us to speed up the whole process.
• We will issue a refund, in the form selected in the return wizard, within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, this is usually shorter. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item or until you provide proof of return.

The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
