You can easily return goods purchased from us
The furniture available in our store is made to order by manufacturers, ensuring it meets the specific needs of our customers. For this reason, it is not possible to change or return the furniture once the order has been placed with the manufacturer. We kindly ask you to make thoughtful purchases and carefully check the dimensions before placing an order to ensure the furniture will perfectly match your expectations and the intended space.Please note that the dimensions of the ordered furniture may vary within a tolerance of +/- 10 cm from the specified measurements. This difference is due to the technical possibilities of the production process and the manual assembly, which may lead to minimal deviations. This tolerance allows us to ensure a high-quality finish while taking into account the specific materials used and the unique requirements of each design.
The furniture is composed of segments – if any segment is damaged during transport, the manufacturer guarantees the replacement of the damaged segment only.
All other products available in the store, such as accessories, chairs, tables, mattresses, and materials that are not made for Client's, can be returned within 14 days of receiving them without providing a reason. The return of these products follows the standard return procedure, including the use of the electronic return form available at: https://wygodne.online/returns-open.php.
The Consumer only bears the direct costs of returning the goods, and the Seller commits to refunding the full amount, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the product or proof of its return shipment.

You will receive a refund up to 14 days of our receipt of your return.
Details of the steps for handing over the return:
- Log in to your account and then select the goods you would like to return in the returns panel;
- In the next steps, select the return by clicking on the "I will use the shop's consignments" option and choosing the form in which you would like to receive the returned money;
- Generate return documents with address labels, then print them out and be sure to sign the return document;
- Pack the goods together with the return document in a cardboard box for shipping and seal it well. You can use the packing material in which you received the goods you ordered. You can also chat to us or call us to speed up the whole process.
- We will issue a refund, in the form selected in the return wizard, within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, this is usually shorter. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item or until you provide proof of return.
The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
